Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"PaccoFly" or "the Platform": the shipping rate comparison service operated by AB Capital SRL, with registered office at Foro Buonaparte 59, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy.

"User": any natural or legal person who uses the Platform to compare rates, purchase shipments or access the services offered.

"Carrier": the third-party shipper (Poste Italiane, InPost, FedEx, UPS, etc.) that physically transports the parcel.

2. Scope of the Service

PaccoFly is an intermediation platform that allows Users to compare shipping rates offered by different Carriers and to purchase the selected shipping service. PaccoFly is not a carrier and does not directly transport parcels.

The transport contract is entered into between the User and the selected Carrier. PaccoFly acts as an intermediary, facilitating comparison, purchase and shipping label generation.

3. Registration and Account

Use of the comparison service is available without registration. To complete a purchase, the User must provide their contact details (name, email, phone) and the pickup and delivery addresses.

The User may create an account to manage their orders and access their shipment history. The User is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices shown on the Platform include VAT at 22% unless otherwise indicated. The User can view prices with or without VAT through the dedicated toggle.

Payment is processed through Stripe Inc., a PCI DSS-certified payment processor. PaccoFly does not store or have access to the User's credit card data.

The final price includes: the cost of the Carrier's shipping service and PaccoFly's intermediation margin. There are no hidden costs or additional surcharges.

5. Shipping Process

1. The User enters the shipment details (origin, destination, weight, dimensions)
2. The Platform shows the available options with prices and estimated delivery times
3. The User selects the Carrier and proceeds to payment
4. After payment, the shipping label is generated and sent by email
5. The User prints the label and drops the parcel at the pickup point or waits for home pickup

6. Liability

PaccoFly is liable for: the proper functioning of the Platform, the accuracy of the information shown at the time of comparison, the generation of the shipping label.

PaccoFly is not liable for: delays, damage or losses caused by the Carrier during transport; price changes after purchase; temporary unavailability of Carrier services.

In case of issues with the shipment, the User can contact our customer service, which will facilitate communication with the Carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the transport of goods once the service has been fully performed (label generated and shipment dispatched).

Before the label is generated, the User may request order cancellation and a full refund by contacting customer service at [email protected].

8. Complaints and Support

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logo, software) is the property of AB Capital SRL or of the respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, the court of Milan shall have jurisdiction, save for the consumer's forum where applicable under the Italian Consumer Code.

11. Changes to the Terms

PaccoFly reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, in case of material changes, communicated by email to registered Users.
